We repeatedly manage to overcome previous technical limitations and by improving the design of molds we extend their life by tens to hundreds of thousands of cycles. The initial investment in the molds is more than well balanced by the extended lifetime and optimization of production speed and accuracy.
We have more than 20 years of experience in the field of concrete element production and metalwork. The founders of the company built a metal factory in Louny for a previous employer, focusing on molds for vibropresses. Our chief engineer is one of the best 3D CAD/CAM specialists in the Czech Republic and holds numerous awards from national competitions in modeling and product design in SolidWorks software.
We normally deliver molds within 10-12 weeks of order.
Of course. We have a fully equipped design office. We can design and manufacture any parts, we supply designs processed in 3D, we help our suppliers with production (machine programming) and we often use so-called reengineering – we take impressions of old parts and produce new ones based on them.
